I just ordered my new DVD it is a 3 phase DVD Through Women's Health called Drop two sizes. I have heard of this and got an email that said try it for 21 days and if you like it pay the 34.99+9.99 at the end of the 21 days. ok like every one i am very skeptical about this but i said hey lets give this a try. So what i am going to do is when it arrives i will take a picture of myself and my current weight. Jot it in a new blog and tell you how i feel about it so far lol. Then throughout my progress i will update everyone with new pictures weight and overall how i feel. (Neat thing is they give you two pdf files right then to download.) first page of pdf is a journal on how to log your food. it might sound a little redundant to you but me i actually like doing the worksheets. next page is a daily weekly journal that you jot your meals down and it has a place for protein shakes or supplements. Next is a 1-4 week of phase 1, 5-8 week of phase 2, 9-12 week of phase 3. you put a check beside the ones you have done/finished for the day and total up the percentage (the first page tells you how to do this.) so as i said in the beginning when i get the DVD i will start doing weekly updates.
