a new day

Wednesday, July 02, 2014

i spent the day outdoors yesterday with my daughter. it was soo worth it! now i am dealing with a sunburn on my arms and on my lower legs. i am extra sensitive to the sun and it is now showing on my skin. i will be okay. i am taking it easy today. i was going to do several errands. i will do a few and see how i feel. it was supposed to be a mostly cloudy day here today. now i can see some lovely sunshine outside. which means a change of plans for me today. when i do get a sunburn, i like to stay indoors and in the shade outdoors. so i will go to my other plan instead. my daughter had a great time! all of the birds are doing well and say hello, hello! have a wonderful day, everyone!

Take care of that burn! So glad you had a fun time. Little ones grow fast, and you're wise to take advantage of these moments.

Nice that you have backup plans! I'm still waiting for it to be warm enough to get a sun burn! Hello daughter and hello birdies!

My son told me that if you soak your burned skin in tea, preferably Earl Gray, it will relieve the pain. I googled it, they agreed!
