Happy July! What big plans do you have this month? My plans for June fell short but I'm not stopping this fight! However, I did get in 3049 fitness minutes in June!!!

Tomorrow, I have a meeting with a personal trainer. I think I need a swift kick in the pants so I'm looking forward to that! emoticon

My progress over the last few days has waned. I was out of town and therefore meals were a little bit crazy and unhealthy.

Either way, I'm plugging along and will continue to update as I go along!

    I am sure a personal trainer will increase your intensity. I also think we need to be pushed outside of our comfort zone. We can do much more than we give ourselves credit for. Good luck! emoticon
