*Still killing the workouts.
*No progress on the rope or jump rope.
*Deadlifts got a "good" from the trainer. I'll take it:)
*Swam 16 laps today. Last week max was 10.
*Personal training website up and running. check it out if you have a second:)
1790.15/500 miles for the year
