Shredded Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:



emoticon1/4 small red cabbage, thinly shredded

1/2 small green cabbage, thinly shredded

1 carrot, shredded emoticon

1/4 cup finely chopped onion emoticon

1 teaspoon celery seed

1 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup raisins

1 clove garlic emoticon

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together red and green cabbage, carrot, onion and celery seed.

Blend remaining ingredients in a high-powered blender. Adjust consistency with 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Toss cabbage mixture with desired amount of dressing.
