100 Days to a New You Challenge day 048/100/052

Today I did some walking inside & outside, drank 10 glasses of water & did a little Mandala coloring. I did some reading in a paperback book & some game playing on my Tablet, laptop & game boy. I did not sleep very well again last night. Even with the fan on me I kept waking up soaked in sweat. I just covered part of my legs with a sheet.
I am having a 5th bad TENSION MIGRAINE day & night. I have a lot on my mind & it is really stressing me out & this makes my neck & shoulders hurt along with the MIGRAINE. We are having a Thunder Storm right now & this does not help my head either.
