Week EIGHT training for 10K, goals ending 7/4/14

This is the last week of prep for my 10K run. I have worked hard and feel I am ready.
1-No alcohol. Had 3 beers for the week. Not too bad.
2-Minimum of 12 miles running each week. I think I made 12 miles over three runs through out the week.
3-Maintain a healthy diet and post all food and exercise. Did good with diet and 100% on posting food and work outs.
4-Drop 13 pounds (Would put me at 260). Down 2 for the week. 2 pounds under my goal.
5-Control work stress. Did so-so but on vacation now.
6-Post status blog weekly. Doing it.
I have worked hard for eight weeks and dropped 15 pounds over the time. I feel I'm a letter faster and stronger.
