What have I learned?

Gotta love, love LOVE it when the scale moves in the right direction... going down???

Gotta think twice about who�s within ear shot when it goes up @#!&*%$(*@#!$%!!

Honestly, after 4 years with Sparkpeople, the going down days are far and few between while the �stuck-here-not-gonna-budge-
no matter-how-many-times-YOU-get-
off-and-on� times can be daily for months and months and months. Not to mention those days, weeks and yes, even months that the pounds start to creep back on.

On the other hand those None-Scale-Victories are daily� sometimes even hourly.

I�ve learned to evolve on this healthy journey. If nothing else I�ve gotten to know myself and what�s truly important. My goals have changed� I�ve changed.

So, what do I prefer? NSV any day, with a pound or two lost each month to keep me moving forward.
