I haven't been able to log on and record my daily activity due to personal issues going on. I just recently had a relative pass away. My mind and space have been distracted but I am still reaching my goals.
I still do exercise, not as much as I use to, but I jog here and there and do push ups here and there. I lost a total of 20 pounds which means I have 20 more pounds to lose to reach my goal. I am setting up a series of things to do to help me stay focused.
I am going to walk meets and running meets to socialize and share my experience with others while gaining that same experience with others too. Hope everyone else is doing okay!
