Hey Sparkies,

Boy have I been M.I.A.!! I've been learning that it's not as easy to blog about your failures as it is to blog about your victories and can I tell you that last week just feels like a big failure. Anyway the week is over now and a new one has begun!! I just have to remember that

It's not being perfect that will get me where I need to go but rather it's staying the course.



I'm am devoting this week to getting back up. I WILL catch up on the 4 workout videos that I missed last week even if it means exercising both in the morning and in the evening !! I WILL also TRACK EVERYTHING that I eat and stay within my recommended daily calorie range EVERYDAY!!! Today I WILL go home and do two of those missed workouts, all excuses be darned!!

    It sure is easy to talk about our victories but victories don't provide the lessons that mistakes do. Even though you have stumbled you are still winning. You are winning because you recognize it for what it is, see the mistakes and have an action plan in place. Keep giving your best and you will always come out winning! emoticon

And thanks so much for the goodie and message, and for your post on my blog. I can't even imagin how I got through my walk tonight. Sheer determination. I felt like I was walkin' around on 2 sticks instead of my feet and I couldn't even walk straight. No matter, the job is done. I am so looking forward to my sleep.
