I'm apart of a facebook group for weight loss and there are monthly challenges that we do... let's just say I smoked the challenge and went above and beyond! I'll post my final stats tomorrow but so far I think I'm the only one that did so many squats, wall push ups, crunches, sit ups, and walking miles lol. Today is the final day so we're doing a modified murph challenge where we time ourselves and do 1 mile cardio, 100 sit ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and 1 mile of cardio. So far I did the 2 miles of cardio by doing my morning walk and so far I'm at 27:52.
