Day 4 was actually yesterday. Decided to use my Rest day yesterday. I have arthritis symptoms in my toes and fingers and the past couple of days my hands and fingers have really been bothering me. I couldn't figure out why until yesterday morning I figured out it was from the planks we do so much of with PiYo. That and my shoulders were kind of bothering me. Decided it was OK to take the day off and rest those joints. Today is Define: Upper Body, which means just 18 mins of workout. This should be a nice, ease into day for my joints. Might try to get a run or something else in too, we will see.
