Day 1 - Getting back on the horse

So its the end of June and i've decided enough is enough. I keep yo-yoing this with healthy eating thing. Yesterday I went grocery shopping, and now that i'm alot more aware of what I am putting in my body, and boy do I walk by alot of whats on the shelves now!! My motivation is alot better now, maybe I just needed to go through that 'rough patch' of unhealthy eating to get here. But i'm back, i'm stocked up with some good food and I had a banana this morning which was yummy! Day 1 here I go!! Wish me luck!

    Haha SLIMMERKIWI thats too funny!! 14-12 in a week eh? Thats alot of banana! Good for you though! I like fruits, but I can only have so much, they are too sweet for me (especially the citrisy fruits) Do you have any recipes you make with fruits?

    I just had a banana - part of my usual snack prior to going to bed. ALSO part of my breakfast, however, they aren't always a whole banana. I love, Love, LOVE them and usually get through about 14-12 in a week, regardless of the fact I eat a lot of other fruit :-) Did I ever tell you I LOVE FRUIT hahaha! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
