ToF Week 1 Day 5 summary

Alrighty, got weighed and she say I dropped 6 pounds, Now my vision isn't great for that distance, but it looked like only 5 pounds to me. Still it buoyed my spirits, and I began to think of non food rewards.

Odd how SP offers to help us with logging, I tried but quickly abandoned the practice. I'm not sure if it is the ToF program or the design of the fitbook or that the book is constantly by my side. But I have been logging my food, water, exercise, BG reading, sleep, nutrients. This is the longest that I have been compliant with completing the log.
What have I noticed so far... I am still heavy on the carbs. Awareness is the key to making changes, if we are not aware how can we see we need to make a change.
So I signed back up to do the free PCRM's 21-Day Vegan Kickstart
Since it's summer and so many veggies and fruits are now in season, I think it will help reinforce and inspire more changes in my meal plans.
Looking forward to working out in the pool today.
