Highlights of the day: Went to a movie and didn't have any snacks - that's a first! (timed the movie for right after a late breakfast). Also broke the 4,000 step mark on my Spark Tracker for the first time (and moved a total of 2.1 miles) = big deals for me! Weigh-in tomorrow!
