The Month is almost over..

July is just a few days away...I am getting my July plan down on paper...
writing it down seems to make it more concrete....more real.....and I have thing to look at when the times get tough....

I will be tracking my calories, planning my meals, watching portions and trying to get some new foods a try...I tend to eat the same things...
I'm happy to be adding radishes and spinach from our garden and soon beans, peas, carrots, squash and other yummy veggies....
also more fruits, cantaloupe and cherries are almost ripe....from Texas..and hopefully watermelon...
lots of fresh healthy foods...

so what will you do to have a healthy July....???

    You're a great inspiration, Kitt! I've found myself slipping a bit lately. I need to more vigilant about keeping processed food out of my daily routine. I know I'm busy, but I can't use that as an excuse for eating less healthy food!

    Great! I tend to do the same but only in my head which means that things can and do fall through the cracks. So got for it Kitt! emoticon

    That is great our Garden is just starting to come in. We have tomatoes , peppers squash summer & zucchini and oniyms... Love to stir fry squashes with oniyms with just a spritz of butter spray and mrs dash.. I love cucumbers, I have to peel them health reasons. I make what my gma called onion/cucumber pickles. a little vinegar with water some season's slice cumbers and onions into slices in a bowl with a lid I used 1/4 cup of vinegar to 3/4 cup of water and cover and let set in fridge a while.. Nice little pick me up snack with next to no calories..

I made out an exercise schedule for July to help keep me on track. My 3rd round will be finished next week, so I need to do something to keep the momentum going.

    Kitt, that is awesome!! I plan to continue what I've been doing the last couple of months. I've been losing each week. I'm also going to step up my exercising. Hope you have a great weekend!!
