I hate what spring/summer does to me but I am NOT letting it get me down. I've been super busy but I'm ready to blog again.
July Goals: 40 minutes a day/5 days a week exercise
5 Fruits/Veggies everyday
Stay within SP calorie goals
Drink 8 cups of water a day
Try to keep coffee to four days a week
Hopefully I'll hit 155 by month's end. I'm going to do my best!!!
