I really Love my fitbit .... I wish they would invent a food tracker that keep track of my calories as I ate them.....and then uploaded them to my Spark page!
I'm trying to get back in the habit of tracking ....I was going to start at 1550 but, that is not working so I decided yesterday that I would start at 2000 calories but, now I'm thinking 2500
As you can tell I'm struggling with eating.....anyways I think I will start with 2250 and then as It becomes easier I will drop that number slowly down until I hit the 1550 that I should be eating each day....hopefully this will work because I'm running out of ideas.
