I could not resist!
The simple steps of habit change:
1. Write down your plan.
2. Identify your triggers and replacement habits.
3. Focus on doing the replacement habits every single time the triggers happen, for about 30 days.
but.... 30 days is not even enough to change a habit.
not for me anyway. chris
I still have not established the healthy habit of eating at the table.
I need to admit I need to eat at the table for over 60 days to establish this habit. chris
