So I've finally gotten into a routine on the nutrition front although exercise hasn't been at the top of my priority list because of everything that goes with having a family member in the hospital.
I've also sworn off my scale for the month but I can tell that having a structured and balanced meal routine is making a difference at the very least in how I feel!
I was reading a book that talked about "finding your tribe" or finding places you belong in order to feel your happiest..I find that if I don't blog for a few days I'm away from my spark tribe
. Isn't it funny how we have this virtual community that makes sense for so many of us..
