Tis the season to enjoy fresh-caught salmon.
My hiking friends and I shared a meal last Friday, we all brought something.
Broiled salmon, polenta, sage butter, gorgonzola cheese, sprouted lentil salad, spinach-avocado-strawberry-pec
an salad and a hazelnut creme cake. Such a pleasure to share good food with friends.
Wow, my laptop crashed, I am using the home desk-top, it loads photos in a jiffy, I used to have to wait up to 5 minutes for photos to load before. This is heaven.
