Summer update 2

*Getting closer to the top of the rope:)
*Practiced jumping rope. 19 unbroken today. Last one finished with this part of our workout:
Repeat 2x for time
20 push ups
20 squats
20 burpees
20 sit ups
40 high knees
150 jumps
Total time 10:07-Considering I was beat, I was just happy to finish it. First finisher was a minute and a half ahead of me.
So because my jump rope skills need some work, I jumped without the rope and doubled the number required. I just don't think it's fair to jump the same without a rope. Probably a mental thing:) So all that craziness followed our usual wacky workout:) Total of 600 jumps for me and then I practiced some more with the rope. Our trainer said I looked good when I did it, just need to keep practicing. I can do that:) I am very good at practicing!
Oh and I ran before class:) So I am sure that was a factor also!
1655.75/2500 miles for the year!
