building endurance

With my ankle injury, I have to do low-impact cardio for the foreseeable future.
so glad my new gym has a rowing machine. I will be using this machine as a test of endurance over the next month.

So far, I can only do about 5-6 minutes, but I look forward to more minutes as my core strengthens. I will also be focusing on my core in other exercises to help with this.

    All of us start somewhere, and 5-6 minutes on the rowing machine is nothing to sneeze at! Will be fun to see what your endurance on that machine is like after a MONTH!
