With my ankle injury, I have to do low-impact cardio for the foreseeable future.
so glad my new gym has a rowing machine. I will be using this machine as a test of endurance over the next month.
So far, I can only do about 5-6 minutes, but I look forward to more minutes as my core strengthens. I will also be focusing on my core in other exercises to help with this.
