With the next weigh-in two days away I know my weight loss will be smaller. That is just how it goes. But I guarantee a smaller loss, or no loss, will not disappoint or derail me. If you read all the Spark articles on weight loss, you will know a 7-pound loss every week is not healthy.
I'm still working at my exercise, water, and eating (emotional eating being the most challenging for me), and I am attempting to do it all as wisely as I can. You can do this, too. Make a decision, follow Spark's plans, and exercise. Everyone can do some exercise! I've had surgery-a discectomy, and I am battling a great deal of pain in my knees from an injury I cannot afford to see a doctor for. Still, there are things I can do. There are things you can do, too. Movement counts!
I can do this. You can do this, too. I believe in you!
