soooooaaa, here I am again, with another blog about getting back on track after falling off the horse
Have not been great on my healthy choices lately, actually its been pretty bad. I know health isnt an all or nothing mentality, but man i've been doing bad on it. Once again, time to get back on track and make better choices. I guess starting with water is the best way to start start. For some reason even if I eat healthy or drink lots of water gets me full, but I equate that to 'oh i'm eating alot and now i'm super full', instead of, 'oh i'm eating healthy and I'm full by putting good things in my body'. I didnt feel that way months ago when I was on a roll with this, maybe its just a matter of getting back on my feet and getting ball rolling... again!
