Did some exercising

I did the Jillian Michaels dvd Body revolution work out #2 for 30 minutes and I did the bonus cardio for 20 minutes.
The sad part is I don't know how to post these and I tried one at a time and said "the heck with it".
I know I worked hard and had a good sweat so It counts for me!!

    If you want to track your fitness go to the start button, at the left top-then go into #1 track fitness, or go to your spark points page, and it's a couple down where it says track fitness. I think it tracks minutes. eva

    Like EmmaCory said, click on My Trackers, click on My Fitness, then you can do a search to see if someone else has already made an entry for what you want to enter... or you can create your own entry...

I tend to just use what looks the closest to what I think I am doing and use that entry. My goal is to track my minutes... I am not as concerned about guessing how many calories I burn doing my exercises. I figure at best those numbers are a guess on the best of days... and I should not take calorie burned numbers to heart.

Although, I do like to give myself credit for the time I put in !!!

    Under the exercise section there is a place to add exercise. You may not be able to track the cardio but you can track the minutes. emoticon
