I started yesterday by eating a donut but I thought I could recover from that. But then I didn't go to the gym yesterday (to tired) and I ended the day by eating junk food
I believe in picking myself up and moving forward but I just feel like I'm moving backwards.
I did make a plan that may help.
I was getting up at 4:30am, going to work, coming home then going back out to the gym. That was killing me and giving me too much time to come up with excuses to get out of going to the gym.
Today I got up at 7:00am got to work by 9 and will go right to the gym from work.
Let's see how that works for a while.
I'm just sooooooooooo tired all the time :-(
