June progress

1/2 way through June and I've been exercising pretty much every day. I've been definitely mixing it up between swimming, aerobics class, elliptical, walking and biking.

Muscles ache which is good.
Mood goes up and down as I've been down this road before and want to be 1/2 through this as opposed to starting over. It seems it slower this time.

Overslept this morning. Probably because my body is asking for a break - hahahah - so instead of hitting the gym, I may just go for a walk or bike ride before it gets too hot.

Reading a lot of different books and learning how to relax. Still figuring out what life is like after work but enjoying the experience of learning.

    After 3 years, I regained 15 pounds, but I am still active walker. Still way down from my peak weight. I no longer focus on the number on the scale but how I feel overall. Because I still exercise about an hour a day, I may have regained pounds but my inches have not grown very much.
