Had a wonderful sleep.
Ready to start my day with a oatmeal breakfast. Learning on a side note not to procrastinate so I will be doing some dishes before I leave the house. I think part of my problem of weight has had to do with the fact that I want things quickly or I don't want to work for something. I have decided that now when I need to do something and I have time to JUST DO IT! Goals for today:
1) drink 3 or 4 quart jars of water
2) walking at least 1 hour and half at target store pushing cart
3) organize calendar for coming week especially for my work
4) lightly pick up apartment
