Happy Friday All.....nearly 1/2 way there guys. I'm on Day 4.....and feeling okay, I really didnt know if I'd get bored with drinking smoothies each day for breakfast and then again for lunch, but it's so hot out that by afternoon, it's a GREAT refreshing treat!!
So today looks like the last 3. green tea w/truvia at the office
Day 4 Green Smoothie
Snacks: 2 boiled Egg, sliced cucumber, nuts and carrots and an apple,.
Lunch: Day 4 Green Smoothie
Dinner: Salmon and Broccoli
So as far as how day 3 went, most of the day was fine, I did get a slight headache mid afternoon, but it passed quickly. I ate my cucumber earlier in the day during my 1st snack at 10am. I was busy in mtgs so I didnt get to drink my lunch smoothie until 1:30, so I snacked on my carrots and eggs until then. After work I had some errands to run, so i ran home, threw my chicken breast in the toaster oven, and snacked on my apple until I got home. I was READY to eat when I got back guys!! I got my plate out, placed my mix greens and spinach on a place, sliced up some red onions, sprinkled a little feta over...opened the door of the oven to grab my chicken breast..............TOTAL HORROR!!!! OMG my chicken breast was UNCOOKED!!!! Still pink with seasoning all over it...........OMG!!!! I nearly pulled my hair out, as I discovered, I did not unplug the blender from my morning smoothie.........SO there I stood HOT from the heat, more than disappointed that I'd have to wait another 30min for my meal.....Well I dont know about the rest of you, but my body has an "eating clock" and it went off like a BOMB!!!! So you can guess what happened next.... Let's just say 3 white macadamia cookies later............I still enjoyed my salad. But felt horrible all night.......
Onward and Upward...I'm still excited to be nearly 1/2 way...So tonite I'll go back to the store to purchase stuff for the last 5 days......
