Can sparkpeople meet my tracking goals?

Maybe some of you more seasoned members will know the answers. I need to be able to look up foods and find their carb levels, because I am mainly tracking carbs per day. It doesn't look like I can do that here on this site... but I haven't investigated everything yet. emoticon

    Actually, carbs is one of the 4 main in the Nutrition Tracker!

    Calories, Carbs, Fats, Proteins.

    You can even connect the Nutrition Tracker with the Fitness Tracker.

    Yep- click on items and click "view nutritional content" in your tracker. You can also enter food items that aren't in the list (although, because you can see food other members have added- that may not be necessary).

    Yes! SparkPeople tracks all the macronutrients. You don't necessarily have to use the amount of carbs they recommend. You can customize it to fit your needs. You can change it if you click "Edit Nutrition Goals" on your food tracking page.
