Today's assignment is to list all the reasons I want to lose weight.
What do I want to change?
I want to lose the giggle and get a firmer body. (weight will adjust accordingly. Muscle weighs more than fat!)
I want to reduce my clothing sizes (and have the clothes I have now fit looser).
I want to be able to do more pushups, planks, etc than I can do now.
How do I want to look?
Slimmer, more "in shape".
How do I want to feel?
I feel great now. I want to keep it up as I continue to get older. I enjoy all the my favorite fitness activities (tennis, hiking, running etc) and want to be able to continue this as long as possible.
What things will I be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
The thinks in the first answer! lol
And list all the OTHER things that I want to change!
Not so much that I want to change other things, I just want to have the energy and desire to continue my healthy lifestyle and not let emotions and life's ups and downs derail me.
