This is my second day of week 2 of T25.. back to that Total Circuit Workout. I think this is the hardest of all the workouts in the series. But I did make it thru it to the end. Modifying a lot of it. I am determine to be able to complete this workout without much modifications by the end of the five weeks of the Alpha phase.
My results at the end of my first of T25 is I have lost 3 inches of belly fat which is great for me. I can't wait to see my results at the end of these 30 days. While doing T25 I have still been keeping up with my lunch break workouts so hopefully that will help enhance my results.
