Day seven

Overate yesterday although not past my "allowed" calories - I went swimming for an hour and that makes me really really hungry. After I had started it was of course really tempting just to go on eatig, the tracking stopped me as I realised that I could eat that without the "all is lost" collapse...

I am now thinking about going to that "Aqua power" this morning again, to be honest it was not that funny and it costs a little extra money - but compared to swimming for an hour it is entertaining... I can think of very few things that I find enjoyable once they are scheduled, I just have that resitance to being on time... but then once I get there I think there are many things that I do like, it´s just the thing with beig on tie with something...

I read an old post of "Shrink yourself yesterday" it said that diets fail because one does not choose it from a grown-up view - we internalise our parent and starts telling ourself that we "should" do, it is not until we realise that we are grownups and our chices are ours that it can be successful. I can really apply that to being on time - my resitance is not that I hate the things I am going to do - it is the little rebel in me that says "I don´t want to be good"...

    Beautiful job with the food. I agree, I don't like being scheduled either; spent most of my life that way and figure this is "my time". Still, the yoga class is worth it. I used to swim a lot for exercise. One thing I found is that it may not be triggering hunger; it could be thirst. Even though you are in the pool, if it's a hard workout you still sweat! There were times when I had a hard time cooling down and getting dry. It may be water your body is craving. Great that you stayed in your calorie range for the day. Food looks great!
