I subbed at school today. I was in a two-year old classroom. That was fun. They're so much smaller than my Pre-K kids! Plus there were only six kids -- I had 15 in my room at the beginning of the year. Anyway, I worked with a nice person and we had a good day. My hours were a little different today than they usually are, but it wasn't really bad. The day seemed to drag on a bit, but it was bearable. After work I grabbed a couple things from the grocery store, came home, and made dinner. I made spaghetti and meatballs, salad, and garlic bread. I made myself some zucchini "noodles" with my gadget, and avoided the garlic bread. That was kind of hard for a second, but I did it.
My dishwasher was full, and running, so I had to wash a whole bunch of things by hand. I filled up the rack and a good part of the counter. Geez! Sometimes I feel like all I do is dishes and laundry and other housework. Grr, lol.
Ok. I'm tired and am ready for a shower and bed. So here's my run-down for today.
Breakfast: egg and cheese omelet, skim milk, coffee with sugar-free French vanilla creamer, Truvia.
Lunch: grilled chicken salad (mixed lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, sliced almonds, ranch dressing).
Dinner: zucchini "noodles" with four large meatballs (made with ground chicken), salad (mixed lettuce, tomatoes, cuke, italian dressing), sugar-free cranberry-pomegranate sparkling water.
Snacks: string cheese, 100-calorie pack of almond-walnut mixture, crunchy peanut butter, almond milk.
