Week 2 Challenge - Days 1&2

This weeks challenge is to pack a healthy breakfast.
I've given myself a meal plan of
Breakfast - 1 instant oatmeal, 2 eggs
Morning Snack - 1 fruit, 1 individual yogurt
Success so far for 2 days!
I took lemon water this morning and yesterday and today I noticed it gave me wicked heartburn. Like... so bad my ears hurt.
I'm not sure what to try next. I hate flavoured waters and I don't really like plain water unless I'm super thirsty. I packed a juice box for tomorrow morning.
That still counts as a healthy breakfast right?
Sometimes my idea of "healthy" is totally skewed. Like, in my mind juice is a big NO NO. But there can't be anything wrong with having a juice box for breakfast right? I don't think it's even a whole cup of juice.
I have a bag of mixed berries in the freezer. I think I might try mixed berry water on Thursday.
I'm still feeling motivated, and not too over whelmed. I'm taking things one day at a time.
I haven't decided yet if next week will be to add in some exercise or if it'll be to fix lunch.
I'm trying to change my day in chronological order. That way I'm not spending all day stressing out about my supper. for example, and feeling like a failure when I have a bad morning snack.
If I fix all the morning stuff first then by the time I get to fixing the nighttime stuff I'm already in a routine for the morning.
Lunch would come before exercise, which makes me think I should fix lunch first. But exercise is the part that stresses me out the most. But it doesn't make sense to me to fix something out of chronological order. Why fix my afternoon if I haven't fixed noon yet?
Besides there's no reason I can't do exercise now if I wanted to.
Now I'm getting overwhelmed. Bleh
