Need Spark Support

It's hard to keep strong, and I'm at the point where I need some spark friend support! I'm not tracking as often and letting certain foods slide! Anyone who is able to give me some advice or even a kick in the butt privite message me please! I need it!

    BRAINYBLONDE5 has it. If something is not working for you, change what you're doing until you find something that works.

Know that you'll never be perfect, no all or nothing attitude, if you don't make a good choice for one meal or snack, make sure the next choice is a good one. Slow down and savor the things that are higher calorie, I try to enjoy all my food and eat it slowly.

If I don't like an exercise I won't stick to it. I have a few things I enjoy and stick to, keep on trying new things until you find the ones you enjoy the most.

Every day is a new day, every choice is a new choice.

Just because you didn't track it doesn't mean you body won't remember. Write it down, sometimes it's not as bad as you may have thought, sometime it might have been worse.

    I was going to comment encouraging you but the previous comments hit everything I was going to say. I'm glad I stopped by though because it made me realize that I am feeling the same exact way! Keep your head up, you only fail if you stop trying!

    you CAN get there! its about finding the simple changes that work for you and making small adjustments in your life. doing what makes you happy will also keep you motivated. if you HATE doing something, hate an exercise or a recipe, what good is that?! find out what you LOVE and go after that!

    I've been in a rut too! The motivation is really hard to get back once lost...I'm going to try and do something small today. Tracking and small amount of exercise to ease back in. Hope we can get through this!!
Oh and I got my t.o.m. too so I am relating! lol

    Make a list of why you want to lose weight & keep it on your phone or taped to your computer. Every time you want to eat off plan, force yourself to read every item on the list first, and really *think* about each reason. I find that this strategy really helps me when I want to eat just for the sake of eating.

    You can totally do this! You've lost over 10 lbs! Don't let that hard work go to waste! Pick yourself up and commit to getti ng back on track. START TRACKING YOUR FOOD! Be honest and it will motivate you to make better choices. Good Luck emoticon

    You can do this! Ten pounds down already is a great start, not to mention that you have lost weight using the Spark program in the past. I am also coming back to Spark and I know that all I have to do is make good choices, track my food, and stick to the plan and the weight loss will happen. So just focus on doing those things, one day at a time! emoticon

    You need to start taking things one day, one meal at a time. Tomorrow track one food every day for a week. The next week track 2 keep doing thins until you are tracking everything. You can do this, but you have to put your mind in it and stick with it!
