I rode my bike for nearly two hours today. I thought it was going to be miserably hot but is was not too bad. I went to the History Museum in Forest Park first. They had two great exhibits. One was on Prohibition and the other one was to commemorate the 250th birthday of the city of St. Louis. Then, I rode downtown to Union Station and the City Garden which is a lovely new sculpture garden downtown. Finally, I rode home. I barely got a little dinner in and then I went to my water aerobics class. It is amazing what this 340 pound body is capable of physically. Now, I am previewing a new WATP's video. I love those videos, they are nice and easy to do at home in the morning before I am in the mood to go out to the gym, haha.
