This is SO not Me :(

Tuesday, June 17, 2014

Ai, ai, ai! What a week! I struggled to get back into my routine when I got back from Denver. Then my dad dropped in for Father's Day weekend, which was great, but I made a lot of poor choices while hosting.

Why, why, why?! I'm sick to my stomach right now, which is no surprise, since I've been fueling up with sugar and junk.

I really don't want to weigh in tomorrow. I'm so annoyed with myself. I finally get out of the 230s only to go on a total food bender. I feel so gross.

It's a bit startling how easy it was to fall out of the routine. Yikes!

I think that is just to show us how much we have to stay in the process even when we lose the weight, so we don't go back to where we are. It's ok to mess up as long as we get right back on program. You've got this!

No worries! You've got this! We've all been there. I have, anyway. If you dread weighing in, then don't! Whenever I don't track, (or, forget to track I should say) as soon as I get home I drink lots of green tea and water to help flush my system. Drinking my green tea right now. Good luck to you and emoticon

You have still been doing great---just get back on the cho-cho. Never beat up on yourself-because it is a waste of energy.

Don't beat yourself up about is way to short.
and seriously...if you THINK that weighing in tomorrow may make you feel worse than you already do, why not just wait another week before doing a weigh-in? This will give you time to get back into your routine without any additional stress. emoticon .
