Got a great workout in today on my lunch break! Went to the Y, did 30 minutes on TM then 4 laps to cool down, then weights!! Getting that work out in on Monday really does set the tone for the week.
I've reached 10,000 plus steps the past 2 days in a row, aiming for day three, almost there!
