6-17-2014 Yesterday I started the 10 Day Green Smoothie program by JJ Smith. I drank a green smoothie at breakfast (about 7:30 am) and then I was STARVING by 9:30 am!! I drank another one and still found myself pretty hungry by 12 noon so I ate a few pieces of seasoned chicken with ranch dressing. I made a big pot of cabbage last night and drank another smoothie and I felt great. This morning I drank 2 green smoothies and ate two boiled eggs and I am full. I weighed myself and I was 273.5 so I know I can lose at least 10 pounds by next Monday. I am also going to buy the 10 minute exercise tapes by Tony Horton. I think I can do that. Wish me LUCK!
