Another Goal to Track

I an actually still drinking water - really had not thought i would actually drink water consistently but have for 60 days. I have a glass on the kitchen counter that i keep filled - i like the water room temperature. When i empty it, i put a mark on the white board on our fridge - then fill the glass again. And my son nudges me too and that helps - he is a water-drinker but wants his cold from the fridge.

So have decided to add another goal to track. I have a membership at the local Club 24, but have not taken advantage of it like i should. So my current goal is to go at least 3 times a week. A good start!!

OK - so now i have posted this. And that means that i do it!!

My motto this past month has been " Just Do It!" and that has actually helped me accomplish a few things that i probably would not have done.

    Way to go!!! Those are biggeeees!

    Yesterday the acupuncturist gave me a copy of a study she'd done about osteoporosis in women . . . one of most important things is weight-bearing exercise - 30 minutes a day. Walking is top on the list. Any movement is good.
