Weekly Goal Review (June 8-14)

I have been tracking 8 goals. Last week, while I was on vacation, I met 55% of them. This is I met 87% with 2 days at 100% (meeting all 8 goals). Here's the summary of each daily goal.
8 hours of Sleep - 6 days
Get at least 25 Spark points - 7 days
32 mins of exercise (normally on treadmill) - 7 days
Get 3,333 Steps - 7 days
8 glasses of water - 6 days
Stay within my Calorie range - 7 days
Stay under 2300 mg of Sodium (HBP) - 3 days
Have 5 fruits & veggies - 6 days
Total for the week - 49 out of 56 or 87%
Changes for Next week:
I'm raising the Spark points to 100 since I seem to get that many anyway
I'm raising the exercise to 33 minutes
I'm raising the steps to 3,872 each day, since that was my lowest all week. I've set my tracker to that number and will check it at 4:00 and if all the lights don't go on, I'll get up and get more steps.
I lost 6 pounds this week ... but when you subtract the 2 pounds I gained on vacation ... and then divide it by the 2 weeks ... it's still the targeted 2 pounds per week.
1st month I lost 7 pounds
2nd month I lost 7 pounds
3rd month I lost 4 pounds so far
