Summer Maintenance

Monday, June 16, 2014

Last Summer I was able to Maintain between 181.0 and 185.6's the 2nd week of Summer and I'm already up to 191.2 so it looks like I'm going to have to crack down on myself....I was hoping to maintain between 179.9-183.4 this Summer.

It looks like I will be tracking my food for at least the next 7 days (Fruitful and I did challenges last week) lets see if I can get this number down.

Starting Weight 191.2
Goal for the Summer 179.9

No. It has nothing to do with my job...I work in a grocery store.

you must work in a school? I always gain weight in the summer...its time to relax its a struggle to exercise in the heat and their seems to be some reason to eat sugar at ever turn during the summer. Good luck. I am trying to loose this summer instead of gaining all that I lost during the winter... emoticon

Last summer my weight increased 10 pounds, that I dropped during winter which seems totally backwards. I think sometimes are bodies just like messing with us. Just don't get down on yourself, it's all part if the process.

Wish you the best of luck with your goal. Know that if you are thinking about changing you are just may be slower than you desire.
