... so tomorrow I will officially start my carb cycling challenge.
As mentioned in my previous blog, my carb cycling will look like this:
M: No carbs (as in no starchy carbs)
T: Low carb
W: Moderate carb
TH: No carbs
Fri: Low Carb
Sat: Higher carb
Sun: No carb
... although how many carbs I eat will vary from day to day and may not exactly reflect the above chart, the overall cycle will be the same..
As a pre-challenge day start today was a "no carb" day.
Sunday: No Carb day:
Late B: Scrambled eggs and 3 slices of bacon
L: No lunch
D: Turkey meatloaf and turnip greens w/smoke turkey
Calories averaged about 1300 for today. My calorie range will fluctuate between: 1300 - 1500 [more or less] depending on my energy level and workouts for the day.
