Finally in ONEderland!!!

Sunday, June 15, 2014

Finally! After hitting a plateau that was driving me bonkers, I've made it to ONEderland!! My scale read 199.4 for this morning's weigh in!!! I haven't seen that number for over 15 years!!!

I'm still sticking true to Weight Watchers Online and absolutely LOVE it. They may get my $18.95 a month for the rest of my life, I love it so much. I'm up to 30 minutes on my treadmill about 5 days a week. And the Healthy Checks are so, so easy to hit -- even the oil check, now that it's part of my routine!

On the worrisome side, it looks like I'll need a hysterectomy. It's scheduled for July 2nd. I'm thankful to get this done, but am worried I'll gain weight while others are in charge of my meals. I suppose there's no avoiding it, though.

Happy Father's Day, you guys! Have a great week!!

Congrats--you got a double dose of goodness today, 100 miles plus the weight loss!! emoticon

The best thing I ever did was a hysterectomy, really changed my life for the better, I dealt with female problems for years. With your mindset I believe you will not gain the weight, the hardest thing will be the resting to let the body heal. ;0)

Congratulations! It's been a full 15 years since I was this current weight. Best wishes for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. emoticon
