Stepping away from the scale

I just read the article about weighing too much. -- That's me! I will try not to weigh in except on weigh in days -- once a week. I will try to stay on track with my plan,--eating healthy. We will see what will happen. I am getting too frustrated with an unmoving scale. emoticon

    You have to know yourself and your response to information. My wife never weighs but uses a pant size one size down as her gauge. ME? I want to know exactly what is happening and when it is happening so that I get to really know my body. So, I weigh 2-3 times every day and it does not discourage me ... it makes me more determined to stick to my plan. My plan really works and I love life!!

    I step on the scale every Wednesday morning. I too am getting tired of the scale not moving so I have switched around my nutrition and exercise.
