8-30 to 9:45 today I was in a yoga class and then went to a tai chi class but I only stayed for a half hour for the tai chi,.
It is what it is.
I was exercising a lot from March through April then stopped going. Then this last week, I began attending again. Monday's yoga class was cancelled, and I went to Wednesday morning and Thursday evening yoga. I went to Tai chi for a half hour on Thur am.
Golly, am I ever stiff. As much as I loved to move when I was younger it's hard to be in this stiff body and to work to gain the flexibility.
I got the yoga mat out and an instruction manual and am starting to do some postures at home. I have a cd for tai chi, but I am resistant to doing it again.
