Reflecting on love...

Saturday, June 14, 2014

I am spending some time this morning just reflecting and thinking about love, family, fathers (my daddy I miss even though I am 56 and all grown up) and my Spiritual Father God. I am happy, content...I am loved and just giving thanks for that. I am thankful for the love I had as a child growing up and for my husband who loves me. I have been so blessed in my life with the love from others and comforted by their prayers and support in time of need. I try to reciprocate this as well. I am full to overflowing of this love today and grateful.

The rest of life's journey are just facts and stuff and sometimes I post about the number of steps, or work out or food and they are important to me in my health because it effects my spiritual walk in life and that my people is what is most important to me. I need not loose site that all things are for God's glory and not to puff up with pride because I got those 10,000 steps or ran that 5 k all of which God convicts me to do for him! because he cares about ME! and my health and relationships and that I am loved!

Praying today that you are feeling loved in life and most importantly you feel the love of Father God as this day to honor fathers approaches....AMEN

I'm the most fortunate woman in the whole world, according to me! You see our Heavenly Father adopted me into his family, which is such a high honor. When I was finally old enough to understand what He had done for me, and learned what he had done for me, I was a grown woman, weeping because of his LOVE for me.

Well when I was 2 years old, I was adopted by my daddy. Now I knew that he could have picked any other child in the whole world, but he picked me to be his family. So you see I was chosen twice and it doesn't get any better than that. Thanks God for being the first to adopt me and daddy thank you for being the second! I'm really blessed! Happy Father's Day, daddy!

Be blessed,
