I've changed title from "Found Extra Weight" those that don't know me don't understand my since of humor. emoticon

First pic is April Boo, Second June Boo. This has silenced what the emoticon speaks.

NSV emoticon

For those of you that don't get my since of humor, let me explain. In addition to stress I've been doing T25 and 21 Day Fix for the last few months. Being I have gained muscles and definition my weight is fluctuating more up. However when you see me I look smaller but leaner. So the pic is an example of toning. I have never had a defined butt. That's my NSV!

emoticon OM goodness...they need a POW icon.
Looking GOOD.
Keep up the good work.

You come to a point where you battle so much with the scale. KNOWING it can be a liar. KNOWING it doesn't always represent THE EFFORT put forth.
Its hard to think it would ever happen but you don't take it as seriously as you once did. That can be a two edge sword...
Even so in the end HOW YOU LOOK DOES MEAN MORE.
I am not really sad about my size.
I totter feeling its too big...but most of the time I LIKE IT. I am still really thick for my height...but I LIKE IT.
Right now I feel AREAS need tummy being THE ONE THING that really makes me LOOK out of shape. The rest is okay.
I haven't yet reached my healthy weight to I am still chipping away.

I have been strength training and cardio infinitum since I got out of school for the summer When I reached this weight originally, my trainer told me I was going to have to gain weight to lose weight. (I have been bouncing around ever since.) We need to get the muscle tone to lose weight at this point. I cringe every week I weigh in, but I know it is for the better good. Let's hope this weight loss theory works for us. emoticon

Not sure what the NSV is if you found extra weight? Measurements? Whatever - if you're happy, I'm happy! emoticon
